Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Support project billing and review job cost details for accuracy and contract compliance


• Manage intercompany activity and ensure timely, accurate reporting across global entities


• Oversee foreign currency transactions and international banking (wires, ACH, etc.)


• Lead month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals


• Mentor staff accountants and assist with annual audit preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting


• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including multi‑entity work


• Experience with foreign currency and international transactions


• Background in project‑based, engineering, or construction environments (preferred)


• Advanced Excel; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus


• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
