This is an onsite position with a salary range 90k-130k based off experience level

Key Responsibilities of the Controller

• Own all aspects of plant financial management, including monthly close, reporting, budgeting, cash management, and cost accounting


• Proactively support FP&A activities: budget to actuals, variance analysis, and financial insight for operational decisions


• Ensure transactional integrity (AP/AR, payroll, tax, reconciliations) and compliance with internal policies and audits


• Streamline and upgrade local accounting processes

Experience Preferred of the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field


• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment


• Advanced Excel/ERP exposure
