Salary: $165,000–$185,000 base + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Accounting Manager:

• Own the full revenue accounting and order‑to‑cash lifecycle
  • Lead ASC 606 contract review, revenue recognition, and policy application
  • Oversee billing, collections, and revenue close processes
  • Manage and develop 3–4 direct reports focused on AR and billing
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, IT, and FP&A to ensure clean data flow into NetSuite
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements across the revenue

Qualifications for the Revenue Accounting Manager:

• Proven experience owning revenue accounting and O2C at a private company
  • Strong, hands‑on knowledge of ASC 606 and contract interpretation
  • Prior people management experience
  • ERP experience required; NetSuite required; CPA required

Preference for Maryland or Washington, DC–based professionals
