Salary: $165,000 – $185,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Accounting Manager
• Own the end-to-end revenue accounting and order-to-cash process
• Ensure accurate data flow across systems (CRM, OMS, ERP) and maintain integrity of revenue data
• Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition, including contract review and performance obligation analysis
• Oversee billing operations, invoice approvals, and revenue schedules
• Manage monthly revenue close including reconciliations, deferred revenue, and rollforwards
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Operations, and IT to improve data quality and workflows
• Support audit processes and financial reporting requirements
• Drive automation, system enhancements, and process improvements across the revenue cycle
• Manage and mentor a small team supporting billing and AR functions
Qualifications for the Revenue Accounting Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience owning revenue accounting in a high-growth or private company environment
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and contract-based revenue recognition
• Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring team members
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred
• CPA strongly preferred; public accounting background is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
