Responsibilities of the Controller:

• The Controller will be responsible for preparing and distributing financial reports


• Manage cash flow


• Oversee a department of 5


• Analyze and manage the companies budgeting and forecasting processes


• The Controller will coordinate and oversee internal and external audits of the company’s financial records


• Controller will have to report to the CFO in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance


• Experience in the construction industry!


• Strong communication skills
