Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple company branches


• Administer employee benefits and manage the renewal process


• Onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records


• Assist with 401(k) audits and new enrollments


• Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, benefits administration, or general HR functions


• Comfortable communicating with staff at all levels, including administrators and managers


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality


• Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
