What You’ll Own: Controller

• Lead monthly close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for executive leadership


• Develop and mentor the accounting team


• Optimize reporting tools to deliver clear, board-ready financial insights


• Oversee audit preparation and manage relationships with external auditors


• Partner with leadership on capital projects and operational strategy


• Support modernization of finance systems, reporting infrastructure, and accounting processes

What You Bring: Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance


• Strong background in financial reporting, audit coordination, and month-end close leadership
