Key Responsibilities of the Controller:



  • Direct daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, month‑end close, and financial reporting as the Controller

  • Oversee inventory and cost accounting to ensure accurate product costing, margins, and financial statements as the Controller

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and provide clear analysis and insights to executive leadership as the Controller

  • Establish, maintain, and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures as the Controller

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with operations on budgeting, performance tracking, and system improvements as the Controller




Qualifications for the Controller:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility

  • Strong background in inventory and cost accounting within manufacturing, distribution, or product‑based environments

  • ERP system experience required (SAP preferred) with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
