A well‑established, growth‑oriented organization in the construction space is adding an Accountant to support expanding operations. This is a newly created role offering strong visibility, hands‑on responsibility, and close partnership with both operational and finance leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with project and field teams on job costing, budgets, WIP tracking, and reconciliations


• Serve as a key liaison between operations, field teams, and accounting


• Support month‑end close, journal entries, and general ledger activities


• Maintain project financials including cost tracking, billing support, and variance analysis


• Handle bookkeeping and accounting for smaller affiliated business entities


• Prepare and maintain financial statements using QuickBooks


• Assist with process improvements and help modernize accounting practices

What We’re Looking For (Preferred)

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience


• Exposure to construction or project‑based accounting environments


• Familiarity with job costing and project financials


• Experience with QuickBooks; Sage 300 exposure is a plus


• Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems and automation


• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
