This is a unique opportunity for an Audit Manager or Senior in public accounting—especially those with real estate clients—to transition into industry in a role that offers visibility, growth, and balance.

What You’ll Do as the Accounting Manager

• Oversee fund accounting activities across a growing real estate portfolio


• Review and manage financial reporting for investment funds and related entities


• Partner closely with asset management and acquisitions teams


• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes


• Support investor reporting and capital activity (contributions/distributions)


• Liaise with external auditors—bringing your audit experience full circle


• Drive process improvements and help scale accounting operations

What We’re Looking For in an Accounting Manager

• 3–6+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm preferred)


• Audit experience with real estate clients (highly preferred)


• CPA or actively pursuing


• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting


• Desire to transition into a hands-on, growth-oriented industry role


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
