Our client, a growing and reputable investment firm, is seeking an Associate Advisor to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in wealth management and financial advising.

About the Role:
As an Associate Advisor, you will support senior financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to clients. You’ll assist with client relationship management, financial planning preparation, investment research, and operational support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and eventually grow into an advisor role.

OVERVIEW OF THE ASSOCIATE ADVISOR ROLE:

• Assist financial advisors with client meetings, including preparation of financial plans, investment reports, and follow-up tasks


• Support client relationship management through proactive communication and service


• Conduct investment research and stay current with market trends and product offerings


• Handle account administration, new account setup, transfers, and documentation


• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ASSOCIATE ADVISOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)


• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investments preferred\


• Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe)


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or portfolio management software experience a plus


• Desire to build a career in wealth management/advisory services
