Responsibilities of the Property Accountant:
- Each property accountant is responsible for producing financial statements throughout the full cycle for 3 - 5 properties
- Balance sheets
- Accruals
- Month end close
- Fixed Asset schedules
Requirements of the Property Accountant:
- No job hoppers (more than 2 years tenure in each previous opportunity on resume)
- Full cycle accounting experience
- Property accounting experience
- Yardi experience
- Excel: Pivot Tables & V Lookups
