💡 What You’ll Do As An AP Specialist:

• The AP Specialist will process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail


• Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments


• Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner


• The AP Specialist will prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers


• Assist with month-end close and support the accounting team with various projects


• The AP Specialist will maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For In An AP Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role


• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy


• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel


• Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
