Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Payroll & HR Specialist
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for both staff and field employees
• Administer payroll through Sage 100 Contractor (or similar system)
• Reconcile timekeeping data and ensure accuracy across systems
• Support onboarding processes including new hire documentation, E-Verify, and background checks
• Manage payroll-related compliance including taxes, unemployment claims, and verifications
• Process employee deductions including 401(k) and HSA contributions
• Assist with certified payroll reporting (training provided)
• Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and HR-related inquiries
Qualifications for the Bilingual Payroll & HR Specialist
• 2–3+ years of payroll experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Experience working with payroll systems (Sage 100 Contractor or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with employees daily
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured, onsite environment
