Position Overview

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role is highly visible and works closely with HR and accounting, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their impact and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for ~800 employees


• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution


• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies


• Partner with HR and Finance on employee data, benefits, and reporting


• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements


• Stay up to date on payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)


• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience


• Experience handling payroll for mid-to-large employee populations preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
