Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 DOE

The Opportunity

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll support core accounting functions, financial reporting, and process improvement efforts. This role offers visibility across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to accurate and timely financial operations.

What You’ll Do

  Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and month-end close

  Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and analysis

  Assist with inventory and operational accounting as needed

  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

  Partner with internal teams to support financial accuracy and reporting

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3–5+ years of accounting experience in a progressive role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of general ledger and month-end close processes

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in agriculture, logistics, or inventory-based environments preferred
