  • Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  
  
  • Preparing and processing payments to vendors.

  Accounts Receivable:

  
  
  
  
  • Monitoring customer accounts for timely payments and following up on overdue accounts.
  
  
  • Posting customer payments and reconciling customer accounts.
  
  
  • Assisting with customer invoicing and billing inquiries.

  Financial Reporting:

  
  
  
  
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  
  
  • Generating financial reports and providing insights to support decision-making.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
