AP Supervisor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role


• Strong knowledge of AP processes including 3-way matching, vendor payments, and month-end close support


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate+) and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)


• Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and expense processing


• Monitor system integrity and maintain compliance with company policies, including 1099 reporting and audit support


• Reconcile general ledger accounts and support monthly and year-end close processes


• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with AP staff and cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure smooth financial operations
