Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Location: Akron, Ohio (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Ap Supervisor):

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processes including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment execution (ACH, wire, check)


• Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payments


• Maintain and update W9s and support annual 1099 filings


• Post AP transactions and assist with fixed asset accounting within ERP system (SAP preferred)

Qualifications (Ap Supervisor):

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field


• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to accounts payable
