We’re looking for an IT Generalist who’s comfortable wearing many hats—supporting infrastructure, managing business applications, and helping end users stay productive. This role blends hands-on technical work with business systems administration and light project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support IT infrastructure: servers, hardware, software, networking, firewalls (with MSP support), DNS, and domain-joined environments
Perform SQL database administration (basic queries, scripts; no stored procedures)
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts, automations, and workflows (Power Automate, macros, VB in Excel)
Administer Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user accounts
Support and maintain TMS platforms (Trimble, McLeod)
Perform WordPress and website content updates
Handle workstation setup, onboarding/offboarding, and account provisioning
Provide end-user support (remote, onsite, and occasional field support)
Lead or support software rollouts and business process improvement projects
Conduct end-user training sessions (e.g., “Lunch & Learn”)
Participate in on-call rotation for server or system outages
Required Experience
SQL scripting and database administration
Office 365 / SharePoint administration
PowerShell scripting and automation
WordPress updates and basic site maintenance
Experience with domain-joined environments (adds/removes, DNS, AD concepts)
Proven IT generalist background with ability to manage multiple technical areas
Project management experience related to business applications or system rollouts
Experience working with or troubleshooting issues involving third‑party MSPs
