Accounts Payable Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in SW Portland, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable and experience with Yardi software.
Responsibilities:
Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
Requirements:
Experience with the Yardi system (Required)
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
