Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee finance and accounting activities across multiple locations

  • Manage and support month-end close processes

  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and financial projections

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making

  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations to leadership

  • Utilize advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, macros, etc.) for analysis and reporting

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with occasional travel




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 7+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros)

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
