Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Schedule: 25–30 hours per week

The Opportunity

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll manage day-to-day AP operations while supporting a fast-paced, detail-driven finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and working in a purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  Handle full-cycle accounts payable processing, including invoice routing, entry, and release

  Review and process expense reports in Concur with accurate GL coding

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare clinical invoices and support scheduled check runs

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve discrepancies by partnering with internal teams

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processing

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with expense reporting systems (Concur preferred)

  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a structured environment
