Financial Analyst


Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:



  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and key performance drivers.

  • Partner with business leaders to provide insights and support decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and analysis.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.

  • Assist with month-end close and variance analysis.

  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials.


Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Big 4 (Audit or Advisory) experience highly preferred.

  • Experience with OneStream or similar financial reporting tools.

  • Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling and data analysis.

  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
