What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial and operational data to support manufacturing performance
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and KPI analysis
- Partner with production, operations, and leadership teams
- Assist with budgeting, planning, and variance analysis
- Support reporting tools and analytics initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1–3+ years of finance or accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly
- Power BI or similar reporting tool experience is a plus
