ABOUT THE COMPANY:

  Our client is a leading financial services organization and they are looking to add a Collections Coordinator to the Accounting Team. They are located in a beautiful office close to the high way, shopping, and restaurants.
  
  

COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making calls and contacts to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.


• The Collections Coordinator will confer with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.


• Notify credit department if customers fail to respond.


• Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.


• Receive payment and post amount paid to customer account.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR:

• Attention to detail


• Skip tracing


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• 2-5 + years of deficiency collections experience


• Solid computer skills
