Cutter Operator
2nd Shift: 2:15pm-10:45pm

Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot cutting machines, including minor repairs
Cut a variety of jobs, including business cards and small-format work
Assist with special projects like step books and crossover jobs
Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting equipment
Ensure all production meets quality, safety, and customer standards
Maintain accurate production records and follow ISO procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Train and assist new or temporary employees as needed
Work overtime, weekends, and support other departments as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
3-5 years of experience operating a cutter in a commercial printing environment
Experience with Saber cutters preferred
