Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Development and Training department.
Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds as directed by manager with the exception of personal and confidential information.
Composes and prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed by the operation.
Performs data entry for payroll processing; tracks all time sheets, processes vacation and sick time requests for department.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum six months administrative experience
Detail oriented
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Bilingual, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
Previous experience recruiting in a unionized or regulated industry.
Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
Clear fingerprinting/background check.
