Branch Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including business development, client relations, staff management, and financial performance. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving the growth and success of the branch.
Pay:$63,250-$76,500
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

You will
Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as patient satisfaction, staff productivity, and financial metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
Business Development and Client Relations:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote the branch's services and increase market share.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, patients, and their families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Staff Management and Development:
Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the branch staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development plans for staff members.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement strategies to promote employee engagement and retention.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines governing home healthcare services.
Collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality enhancement initiatives.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the branch's financial budget, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
Monitor and control expenses, revenue, and cash flow, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Analyze financial reports and metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance and billing departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster effective communication and collaboration with other branches, departments, and organizational stakeholders.
Participate in leadership meetings, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Serve as a liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
Proactively address issues, concerns, and challenges, seeking appropriate support and resources when needed.

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ Years proven experience in a leadership role within the home healthcare or healthcare industry.
Strong operational and business acumen, with a track record of successfully managing and growing a branch or business unit.
Knowledge of home healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
