Assistant Clinical Manager
who brings a powerful mix of leadership, drive, and heart. We’re looking for someone who is laser-focused, eager to do it all, and ready to jump in and triage patients when needed—someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
Pay:
$110,000 to $115,000 based on experience
Schedule:
M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM

You Will
Manage daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to standards and protocols
Support the Clinical Manager/Director of Patient Services and take clinical oversight in their absence
Oversee supervision visits for patients, clinical staff, and aides
Supervise and support clinical staff including hiring, training, and evaluations
Conduct on-site assessments, supervisory, and teaching visits in patients’ homes
Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor clinical metrics and implement improvements
Conduct caregiver education, competency assessments, and state-compliant certification/training
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Lead team scheduling including on-call rotations
Assist with visits, UAS assessments, team meetings, and support aide compliance initiatives
We’re Excited to Meet Someone With
At least 3 years of experience, including 1+ years in community health and 1+ years in a leadership role
CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and EHR systems
A passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
The ability to lead through change, coach talent, and drive performance
