Duration:

06 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)

Pay Range:

$23/Hr to $25/Hr

Shift:

Monday - Friday |7:30 AM - 4 PM CST

(Occasional coverage until 5:00 PM CST)

Role Overview:
In this role, you will support the Escalations team within Enterprise Complaints & Product Services.
You will be responsible for handling complaint intake, ensuring accurate data capture, and supporting regulatory reporting processes.
Required Skills & Experience:

6 months - 1 year of brokerage or FINRA-related experience
Strong communication and customer service skills (professionalism & empathy)
Experiences with these tools - 1) Smart station 2) BETA 3) SVP 4) Client link
