We’re looking for a sharp, observant professional to join our

Security Operations Center (SOC)

. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between technology, investigation, and response, protecting people, property, and operations through real-time monitoring, incident management, and loss prevention investigations.

Qualifications of a GSOC Dispatcher:

REQUIRED: Minimum

1 year of experience in a SOC/GSOC,

dispatch, command center, or central station monitoring environment

Prior loss prevention or investigative experience

strongly preferred

Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

Background in

security, law enforcement, or military

a plus

Experience working in

24/7 operations

or shift-based environments

$23.00 / hour

Location:

King of Prussia, PA

Schedule Available:

Overnights, Monday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:00AM (32 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities of an GSOC Dispatcher

Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity or security threats

Investigate and document

loss prevention incidents

, asset discrepancies, and unusual trends

Conduct threat analysis and escalate incidents according to established procedures

Operate, explain, and troubleshoot dispatch and monitoring software platforms

(

candidates must clearly describe system workflows and dispatch processes)

Dispatch and coordinate security officers and field personnel via radio, phone, and digital communication channels

Maintain detailed incident logs and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, emergency responders, and law enforcement as needed

Support on-site security teams and ensure compliance with company safety protocols

Manage confidential information and sensitive data with discretion and professionalism

Skills of a SOC Operator

Strong

investigative mindset

with experience in

loss prevention or incident analysis

Demonstrated ability to operate and articulate the functions of

dispatch, monitoring, and security software systems

(

e.g., Genetec, Oncloud, Motorola Wave, Ontic)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and concise report writing

Customer service–oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Proficient with

Microsoft Office Suite

and

Google Workspace

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively

Comfortable interpreting data, assessing risk, and making quick, informed decisions

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and monitor multiple systems for extended periods

Occasional lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs

Ability to respond quickly to auditory and visual alerts

Proficient reading, writing, and comprehension skills for instructions and reports
