Mail Supply Clerk
IMT Insurance is looking to hire a part-time Mail Supply Clerk to join our Support Services department. In this position, you'll be responsible for processing mail and supply for department activities along with helping to sustain daily production.
A Day In The Life
Sort and redirect mail for internal and external distribution
Breakdown and process of morning mail and look up APF list
Process Commercial lines and Personal Lines new business print
File outgoing mail by agent number
Operate inserter, folder, paper cutter, paper drill, postage meter and scales
Prepare packages for shipping and operate shipping equipment
Make errand runs and deliveries
Supply department responsibilities include filling orders for external customers, stocking shelves, maintain inventory of supplies (envelopes, letterhead, newsbreak, policy jackets, various forms)
Desired Qualifications
A high school education is needed to perform essential functions.
Ability to pay close attention to details and concentrate for up to fifty percent of work activities
Ability to read and problem solve in order to process work
Ability to listen and communicate with the internal/external customer or service vendor
Ability to perform physical activities of pushing carts, reaching, stretching, bending and lifting up to 30 pounds
Must maintain valid driver's license and have the ability to run short errands as needed
Basic computer skills are necessary to process work
Must possess the ability to work well with others

The salary range for this part-time position is $18,000.00 - $23,000.00
This position is not eligible for tips or commission but may be eligible for additional bonuses
