At Thrive Family Services, clinicians embody and promote our Core Values while maintaining high standards of ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care.Clinical ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and group therapy servicesComplete intake and diagnostic assessments utilizing DSM-5-TR criteriaDevelop accurate diagnoses and evidence-based treatment recommendationsUtilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate to client needsAssess and monitor symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and suicidal ideationConduct crisis assessments and intervention sessions as neededMonitor treatment progress and adjust interventions to ensure clinical goals are achievedComplete all documentation in accordance with Thrive policies and timelinesMaintain compliance with signed Employment AgreementQualificationsMasters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldActive, unrestricted full licensure in Counseling or Social Work in the State of South CarolinaDemonstrated cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populationsStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a consistent caseload while maintaining documentation standardsBenefitsIn-house clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians401K Paid Time OffSick Time
