We are seeking a hands-on
Maintenance Mechanic
to support a high-speed, automated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure consistent uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment, including robotics and auxiliary systems
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Install and repair wiring, electrical components, piping, and machinery
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment performance and uptime
Qualifications
3–5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
Experience with PLCs, automation, or controls preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to work independently on night shift
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Must have own tools
