We are seeking a
hands-on Maintenance Manager
to lead maintenance operations at a growing manufacturing facility in the Delavan, WI area. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting a team of approximately 35–40 employees, with significant investment in new equipment and production lines.
This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the floor, and takes ownership of building a strong preventive maintenance culture while supporting continued plant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a maintenance team supporting a multi-line manufacturing operation
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to improve uptime and reliability
Oversee installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines
Troubleshoot and support complex equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Manage CMMS systems (RedZone preferred) to track maintenance activity and performance
Partner with operations and engineering to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
Support automation systems including servo and cylinder-driven equipment
Work with PLCs, vision systems, and other advanced manufacturing technologies
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards
Qualifications:
Maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on technical background across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Experience with equipment installation and plant expansion projects
CMMS experience (RedZone preferred)
Experience with plastics manufacturing (injection molding or blow molding) is highly preferred
Proven leadership skills with strong communication and team development abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
$110,000 – $160,000 base salary (depending on experience)
