Senior Maintenance Mechanic – St. Louis, MO (HQ)

About the Role
The Senior Maintenance Mechanic ensures reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience supporting automated equipment.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose PLC and CNC issues.
Respond to emergency maintenance needs.
Install and repair piping systems.
Install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Work on automated and controlled equipment.
Fabricate production equipment and fixtures.
Maintain facilities and grounds.
Train other maintenance personnel.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Two-year technical degree or 3–5 years of experience preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and update schematics.
Familiarity with CMMS systems.
Ability to work independently.
Flexibility for extended or emergency hours.
Certifications are a plus.
