Job Title
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building and grounds operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification: Ability to follow, read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Special knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic techniques for minor building repairs. Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance. Ability to operate, maintain, and lift all cleaning equipment. Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies.

Pay Family: 004 Pay Grade: 01 Salary: $11.75 minimum hourly rate
