Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Transitions & Integrations Department. When advisors join YTS Wealth Management, they are not simply moving their practice, they are entrusting us with their legacy. As a Project Manager within the Transitions team, you will play a critical role in shaping their first impression of our firm.
In this role, you will serve as the lead coordinator of the transition process, providing white-glove, concierge-level support to ensure a seamless and high-touch experience for both advisors and their clients. You will guide advisors through the operational migration process, managing timelines, coordinating across departments, and ensuring each transition is executed with precision, care, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Liaison:
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for incoming advisors, guiding them from initial onboarding through full YTS integration.
Project Mastery:
Build and execute comprehensive Transition & Integration Plans, ensuring all repapering and RIA/broker-dealer conversions are accurate and on schedule.
Anticipatory Support:
Deeply understand each advisor’s business model to deliver a tailored, proactive transition that anticipates their needs before they arise.
Process Excellence:
Execute high-accuracy data collection and documentation while identifying ways to sharpen and scale our transition procedures.
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with the VP of Integration on strategic growth initiatives, data organization, and reporting.
Qualifications
Industry Experience:
1–2 years minimum in Broker-Dealer or RIA transitions.
Education:
Related Bachelor’s Degree.
Drive:
Ability to manage heavy project workloads independently with a high degree of accuracy.
Presence:
Strong relationship-management skills and a willingness to travel to advisor offices for hands-on support.
Physical Requirements
Standard office environment (30–40 hours sitting/week).
Active support (5–10 hours standing/bending/week).
Occasional lifting of office equipment (up to 40 lbs).
Compensation
Starting at $75,000 annually (based on experience)
