Technical Project Manager
to lead the successful delivery of infrastructure and client projects across our Projects/Engineering organization.
This is a
hands-on, on-site leadership role
where you’ll coordinate technical teams, manage delivery from kickoff to completion, and serve as the key communication link between engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
This is an in-person role based in Ronkonkoma, NY.

What You’ll Do
Act as the
central coordination point
between engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
Lead project execution by managing
timelines, dependencies, risks, scope, and deliverables
Coordinate engineers and technicians, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and progress tracking
Translate technical concepts into
clear, actionable updates for business and executive stakeholders
Provide leadership and mentorship to technical team members through regular coaching and development conversations
Serve as the liaison between technical delivery and business goals, ensuring
high-quality outcomes aligned to client expectations
Prepare and deliver
project reporting and status updates
to leadership and C-level stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience leading
complex technical projects end-to-end
Proven background delivering
infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, or consulting projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including
Agile, Lean, and Waterfall
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and xywuqvp executive stakeholders
Experience managing
multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Background in a
Managed Services or consulting environment preferred
