What You’ll Do
Prepare accurate quotes and estimates based on customer specs and pricing structures
Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries (quotes, orders, product details)
Support sales with proposals, order processing, and follow-ups
Maintain quote/order data in ERP and ensure accuracy in documentation
Partner with production and quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Help resolve order, quote, or shipment issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Experience xywuqvp in quoting, estimating, sales support, or customer service (manufacturing preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to interpret technical specs and pricing structures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Excel and general business systems
