Overview
Seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to lead the site operations for a newly established, mission-critical National Coordination Center (NCC). This is not a standard office management role; you will be the operational backbone of a 24/7/365 law enforcement command center. You will oversee the physical plant, critical power infrastructure, and Level II security systems that keep 200+ analysts and officers online and operational around the clock.

Responsibilities

Critical Infrastructure Management: Ensure 100% uptime for mission-critical systems. Oversee the maintenance and testing of backup generators, UPS systems, and redundant HVAC units to guarantee operational continuity during power failures or weather events.

Physical Security Compliance: Manage and audit facility security in accordance with Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Level II standards. This includes overseeing the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), and high-security access controls.

24/7 Operational Readiness: Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility emergencies 24/7/365. Manage vendor relationships for janitorial, maintenance, and security services to ensure the facility remains "mission-ready" at all times.

Visitor & Access Control: Implement and enforce strict Visitor Management Protocols, including screening procedures, badge issuance, and escort policies for all government guests and vendors.

Space & Capacity Planning: Manage workspace allocation for up to 200 personnel, including the configuration of bullpen operations floors, private offices, and executive conference rooms.

Safety & COOP Leadership: Lead the facility's Emergency Preparedness program. Maintain egress plans, conduct safety drills, and ensure readiness of Continuity of Operations (COOP) capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen (Required by government contract).

Experience: 5+ years of facility management experience, preferably in a government, military, or 24/7 critical environment (e.g., call center, data center, command post).

Technical Knowledge: Proven experience managing backup power systems (generators/ATS), commercial HVAC, and building automation systems (Client).

Security Expertise: Familiarity with physical security principles, access control systems (PACS), and federal security standards (ISC/Client experience is a plus).

Availability: Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, and be on-call for emergency facility issues outside of standard business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting Client, ICE, or similar federal law enforcement agencies.

Certification in Facility Management (CFM, FMP) or similar credentials.

Experience with Tactical Communications (TACCOM) infrastructure integration.
