Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant performs various accounting functions associated with a payment processing in a timely manner.
Inputs data into software accurately
Attaches various documentation to invoices and vendor files as needed
Accesses vendor websites to acquire invoices and other documentation as necessary
Updates digital vendor files with accuracy and discretion
Prepares or assists in preparing financial reports and projects as requested by Supervisor, Controller, and/or Chief financial officer
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting practices
Possesses the mental agility to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlines
Demonstrates computer skills including a basic knowledge of spreadsheets, Adobe and word processing
