Wire Transfer Processing Specialist
This position is responsible for the processing of wire transfer requests, both domestic and international, and related tasks or projects as required.
Primary Duties:
Process all incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign wire transfers.
Provide support to both internal business units and external customers who require assistance with any wire inquiries/issues.
Resolve wire processing issues by contacting appropriate vendors when necessary to maintain established service levels.
Follow established policies and procedures, accurately and efficiently to meet team quality standards.
Consistently meet wire service level guidelines and production standards on a daily basis.
Promptly escalate critical issues affecting wire transfer processing to the Electronic Payments Manager.
Work flexible hours to support the department needs to include after hours and weekends, if necessary.
Continually review daily workflow looking for improvements in production processing.
Provide courteous, accurate and prompt assistance to coworkers or customers.
Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.

Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Job Skills Required:
High school diploma; B.A. preferred.
Experience in wire transfer processing and bank operations is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, research, analytical and problem-solving skills is essential.
Ability to multi-task and meet specific deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of and proficiency in using personal computers and related software programs including, but not limited to, Windows and Microsoft Office.
