Position Overview
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers, vendors, engineers, and visitors. This role plays a key part in creating a professional, welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support across departments.
What You'll Do
* Serve as front desk contact for visitors, customers, and vendors
* Answer and route phone calls professionally
* Maintain an organized, welcoming front office
* Perform accurate data entry and support internal systems
* Manage visitor logs and intake procedures
* Support project managers with job routers
* Assist with shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx)
* Process purchase orders
* Provide backup support to the Office Manager
* Assist with general administrative tasks and projects
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of office, front desk, or administrative experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
* Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
