Position Overview
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers, vendors, engineers, and visitors. This role plays a key part in creating a professional, welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support across departments.
Requirements
What You'll Do
Serve as front desk contact for visitors, customers, and vendors
Answer and route phone calls professionally
Maintain an organized, welcoming front office
Perform accurate data entry and support internal systems
Manage visitor logs and intake procedures
Support project managers with job routers
Assist with shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx)
Process purchase orders
Provide backup support to the Office Manager
Assist with general administrative tasks and projects
What We're Looking For
2+ years of office, front desk, or administrative experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
