We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, well-backed contractor in the
mining & civil construction space
to find a high-impact
Mobile Maintenance Superintendent .
This is a key leadership role overseeing maintenance operations across multiple active sites, managing a large fleet of heavy mobile equipment, and leading a team of field mechanics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing a team of 10–15 field mechanics.
Overseeing maintenance across multiple mining/job sites.
Managing a large fleet of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, haul trucks, etc.).
Coordinating repairs, vendors, and parts to minimise downtime.
Owning maintenance budgets and driving cost efficiency.
Troubleshooting complex mechanical issues when needed.
What we’re looking for:
Strong leadership experience in
mining, heavy civil, or excavation.
Hands-on background with
mobile heavy equipment.
Proven ability to manage teams in field-based environments.
Commercial awareness (budgets, job costing).
A “boots on the ground” leader who thrives under pressure.
