We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide exceptional anesthesia care at our critical access hospitals. What You ll Do:

As a CRNA, you will support adult patients with potential pediatric cases, performing a variety of procedures including general, ortho, ophthalmology, gynecology, ENT, and plastic surgery. You will work in two distinct locations: Tyrone, where staffing is predominantly solo and non-medically directed, and Huntingdon, supported by anesthesiologists. Your responsibilities include administering regional anesthetics (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks), managing anesthesia independently or alongside a team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. You will use Cerner EMR for documentation and operate within a hospital setting, including a 25-bed critical access hospital and a 71-bed general hospital.

Required Skills:
Valid state licensure as a CRNA
Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
Minimum of 2 years of experience or at least 1 year working independently
BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to manage anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is desirable
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with peripheral nerve blocks and spinal anesthesia
Prior work in a surgical or hospital environment
Familiarity with Cerner EMR or similar systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate-level education in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
Proven track record of providing autonomous anesthesia care in hospital settings

Other Requirements:
Must hold active medical licensure; licensure renewal and maintenance are the candidate s responsibility
Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, with flexibility for PRN coverage
Valid DEA registration (not required for this position)
Willingness to travel as needed; airfare, hotel, and rental car expenses will be reimbursed
Must pass credentialing in 1-2 weeks

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

Shift hours typically from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM in Tyrone and 7 AM to 5 PM in Huntingdon, with holiday pay at 1.5x rate on designated days
