Location: Dallas, TX.
Pay: $18+ per hour, DOE.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to finish; overtime as needed.
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Order Picker to handle heavy products using stand-up reach and counterbalance equipment. Accuracy, safety, and pace are critical. You will use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and stage orders to meet shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts to pick and move heavy products.
Use an RF scanner to locate items, confirm picks, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Pull, verify, and stage orders according to pick tickets and shipping schedules.
Perform put-away, replenishment, and cycle counts as assigned.
Inspect equipment before use; follow warehouse safety and traffic rules.
Assist with wrapping, banding, and preparing loads for shipment.
Qualifications:
Recent experience with stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts required.
RF scanner proficiency and strong attention to detail.
Able to consistently lift heavy products and work in a fast-paced setting.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Current forklift certification is a plus; company training may be available for qualified candidates.
Physical Requirements:
Stand, walk, and operate lift equipment for long periods.
Lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs frequently and safely.
