Robert Half is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a Milwaukee, WI area organization to provide essential office support and help maintain efficient day-to-day operations. The Administrative Assistant will support internal teams by handling scheduling, document preparation, data entry, communication, filing, and general clerical duties. Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to office staff and leadership
Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
Schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases with a high level of accuracy
Order and track office supplies and support overall office organization
Assist with data entry, scanning, copying, and document management
Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, and deliveries
Support special projects and other office operations as needed
Qualifications
1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
